We provide training through seminars and workshops that help gain an understanding of the digital world. These activities cover topics ranging from the digital transformation to customer experience and/or social media.
SOCIAL PERSONA
We identify people or profiles who interact with your brand and conduct a quantitative and qualitative analysis of their behaviour to define their demographics and psychographics. We build up people based on real data sourced from physical and digital research; they are a key input for any brand strategy.
