Digital Marketing Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related.
Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of Content Marketing, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
Knowledge of Google AdWords, and online analytics.
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Familiarity with website optimization tools like Hotjar, SimilarWeb and Screaming Frog.
Spanish + English
Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization.
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
Coordinate online content for the company’s social media page and website.
Building strong relationships with customers.
The Digital Marketing Assistant will be a part of our Marketing to execute and coordinate all promotional activities. Will be responsible for coordinate content creation for the company’s social media and web pages, besides, analyzing the online metrics.
Will also conduct surveys, questionnaires and monitoring the subscriber count on a regular basis. Moreover, should be able to optimize the company’s website to make it SEO friendly.
Managing all e-communications, online listings and contacting media professionals for advertisement & pprr campaigns will also be a part of the job role.
