Social Media Account Lead & Growth Marketing




Who You Are

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Account Management and Social Media Management within agencies, digital teams, or consultancies, leading digital projects.
  • Experience contributing to new business opportunities through client pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations.
  • Degree in Advertising & PR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced English (C2) is mandatory. Apart from Spanish, other European languages will be a huge plus (especially Portuguese).
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media management, Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, and Social Listening.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Dash Social.
  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies, financial oversight, and operational profitability.
  • Experience working with B2C brands, especially in these industries: Fashion, Beauty, Retail, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Luxury Goods.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client relationships, setting clear goals and measurable objectives for their projects.
  • Drive account growth by maximizing revenues through upselling, cross-selling, and cost optimization.
  • Develop detailed work plans and timelines to successfully deliver projects and campaigns.
  • Design and execute content strategies for social media with diverse objectives.
  • Monitor project performance, health metrics & KPIs and proactively address potential risks and timeline challenges.
  • Research, report, and surface actionable insights on target audiences’ digital and social media behavior.
  • Anticipate and prepare crisis management plans for brands on social media.
  • Identify and execute real-time content opportunities and creative responses, in collaboration with community managers and social listening teams.
  • Oversee campaign reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and actionable recommendations for planning and intelligence teams.
  • Develop paid media strategies for brands across social platforms.
  • Contribute to quality standards and training processes within the Social Media team.
  • Supervise the development of communication protocols (Q&As) tailored to each campaign and client.
  • Research and apply new trends and community-building strategies, including influencer marketing, content creation, real-time engagement, and event coverage.
  • Manage content production projects (video, photography, live event coverage, etc.) and budgets.
  • Lead and coach a direct team of 5, while coordinating a broader multidisciplinary group for day-to-day execution and proactive strategic proposals for current and potential new clients.
  • Mentor your team with continuous feedback, assertive communication, time management, and prioritization, helping them grow to the next professional level.
