An omni-channel solution model for interacting with consumers, which began in 2011 with the first Coca-Cola Iberia CIC, a pilot project that expanded to achieve a global level.
The fact that we have to speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic to ensure that we are integrated in cultural and work terms has meant that we have more findasensers studying languages in order to take part in our projects in this region of the world. It is maybe one of the boldest and most enriching corporate incursions that we have made so far, and the results encourage us to keep going.
The region has a total of around 100 million inhabitants, and its most populated cities are Casablanca, Rabat, Algiers and Tunis
